PURPOSE AND SUMMARY STATEMENTResponsible for performing summer outdoor field work maintaining the seed and corn nursery stock.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONSEar bagging seed corn.
Assisting with hybrid cross-pollination.
OTHER JOB FUNCTIONSMay be required to drive on company business.
Follows GROWMARK's Code of Conduct and Corporate Compliance Program, Environmental Health and Safety, OSHA and DOT policies and procedures, as they apply.
Performs all other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTSDemonstrates essential abilities including business knowledge, collaboration, communication, customer focus, decision making and skill development.
Must have and maintain a valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record.
Must be able to work hours beyond those considered normal to meet seasonal demands.
Occasionally exposed to:
Extreme weather conditions (hot, cold, wet, etc.
)Ability and willingness to participate in required training that may include education on GROWMARK's policies and procedures and additional training as it relates to the requirements of the position.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
